Western Cape MEC Donald Grant to visit new Melkbos high school in Melkbosstrand
18 Apr 2012 MEC Donald Grant will be visiting the new Melkbos High School in Melkbosstrand. The school was completed last month, with learners moving into their new school premises at the beginning of the second term.
The school had enrolled Grade 8 and 9 learners at the beginning of the 2012 school year. The learners were temporarily located at Boubergrant High School, where a separate section of this school was allocated to house the new Melkbos High School learners. They have now recently moved to their new school. MEC Grant and the principal will be taking a tour of the school. The MEC will also be interacting with some of the learners during their break time to find out what they think of their new school.
