Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane to deliver a public lecture in Buffalo City, East London

The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ms Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, will deliver a public lecture to be held on Saturday, 21 April 2012 at the City Hall in Buffalo City, Eastern Cape as part of her outreach programme.

The public lecture will be delivered under the theme “Reflections on South Africa’s International Relations Engagements: Implications for National and Regional Development”.
