Media advisory: Invitation for media to attend the Infrastructure Coordinating Commission Conference hosted by Deputy President Motlanthe

Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe will tomorrow, host the Presidential Infrastructure Coordinating Commission (PICC) Provincial and Local Government Conference as announced by President Jacob Zuma yesterday.

The purpose of the conference is to communicate further details of the PICC's Infrastructure Plan to key decision-makers and officials in the three spheres of government.

The conference will also discuss roles and responsibilities in the partnership between the spheres of government.

Members of the media are invited to attend as follows:

Date: Friday, 13th April 2012
Venue: Birchwood Conference Centre in Boksburg
Time: 10h00-10h35 (Open Session where Deputy President will deliver the keynote address)

12h30-13h00: Media briefing
