10 Apr 2012

Transport Minister Sibusiso Ndebele will tomorrow release the Easter road traffic statistics.

Details of the event are as follows:

Date: Wednesday, 11 April 2012

Time:  08h30 for 09h00

At the same time, Minister Ndebele and senior officials of Eqstra Fleet Management and Logistics, Decade of Action for Road Safety, the United Nations and Nelson Mandela Foundation will also launch the Think Pedestrian Campaign.

Nearly 40% of road fatalities are pedestrians.
