Minister Nzimande to brief media on outcomes of the President's Meeting with Further Education and Training Colleges' principals

Members of the media are hereby invited to a briefing by Minister for Higher Education and Training (DHET), Dr Blade Nzimande, on the outcomes of the meeting President Jacob Zuma held today with all principals of the Further Education and Training (FET) Colleges in the country.

Under the theme, “FET Colleges, institutions of Choice to accelerate Skills Development for economic Growth”, the meeting at the St Georges' Hotel in Pretoria was attended by FET College Principals and Chairpersons of their Councils.

Ministers Collins Chabane, Ebrahim Patel, Gugile Nkwinti, Malusi Gigaba, Mildred Oliphant, Derek Hanekom and Minister Nzimande were in attendance.
