Sexwale notes allegations against the Department's Director General

3 Apr 2012

The Minister of Human Settlements Tokyo Sexwale has noted allegations of impropriety leveled against the Department’s Director-General Thabane Zulu in the media recently. For all intents and purposes these remain allegations.

Furthermore, he has noted that Mr. Zulu has completely rejected these allegations as “preposterous” and that Mr. Zulu shall be consulting his lawyers upon his return to South Africa on Thursday from an official trip overseas.

Last but not least, the Minister calls upon anyone who has proof of alleged wrong doing by Mr. Zulu to immediately report such to the nearest law enforcement agency, especially the Special Investigating Unit (SIU).
