Western Cape MEC for Human Settlements Bonginkosi Madikizela to hand over houses in Isiqalo, Khayelitsha, Cape Town
3 Apr 2012 The MEC for Human Settlements in the Western Cape, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will deliver the keynote address and hand over 5 ceremonial houses at the Isiqalo Peoples Housing Project in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. The project, when finished, will yield 231 houses. Seventeen (17) houses are complete and another 59 under construction in Phase 1. The beneficiaries all qualify for a complete housing subsidy.
