Deputy Minister Fransman to embark on a Public Participation Programme

The Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Mr Marius Fransman, will embark on a Public Participation Programme in Cape Town on Tuesday, 20 March 2012. The Public Participation Programme will be preceded by a high-level discussion with Heads of Missions representing their countries in South Africa.

The high-level discussion will take place as follows:
Venue: Protea Hotel, Saldanha Bay
Time: 9h00 to 12h00

The rest of the Public Participation Programme will take place as follows:
Venue: St Helena Primary School
Time: 14h00
