President Jacob Zuma will address an Informal Ministerial Consultation on Climate Change hosted by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation.

The Informal Ministerial Consultation is attended by ministers dealing with climate change from various countries around the world and forms part of a series of consultations towards South Africa’s hosting of the United Nations (UN) Climate Change Conference, which is to take place in Durban from 28 November to 9 December 2011.

Members of the media are invited as follows:
Date: Friday, 9 September 2011
Venue: DIRCO Conference Centre, 460 Soutpanberg Road, Rietondale, Pretoria
