Minister Carlisle to attend Blackheath taxi crash scene wreath-laying memorial

Robin Carlisle, the Minister for Transport and Public Works in the Western Cape, will attend a wreath laying memorial at the Buttskop Level Crossing this morning where 10 children were killed last year on this day, 25 August, when the taxi they were travelling in was struck by a train.

The ceremony has been organised by families of the deceased.
