MEC Marawu to address the Aviation Open Day
19 Jul 2011 Eastern Cape Transport MEC Thandiswa Marawu will address the Aviation Open Day to be held by AV8 Helicopters and Border Aviation Club at the East London Airport on Sunday, 24 July 2011 at 10am. The Aviation Open Day is intended to create an awareness of aviation in the Eastern Cape and to highlight aviation as a career path. The programme will feature the South African Air Force. Agenda: - Opening of the event by MEC Thandiswa Marawu
- Video presentation by BAC and AV8 Helicopters
- ATNS presentation
- Static display of aircraft
- Helicopter rides.
Venue: East London Airport
Speeches and presentations to be held at the Border Aviation Club Static Display and Helicopter Rides to take place at Hanger section/General aviation area. Date: 24 July 2011
