Gauteng Local Government and Housing MEC Humphrey Mmemezi will deliver his first budget speech for the 2011/12 financial year on Tuesday 5 July 2011 at 3pm at the Gauteng Legislature. Mmemezi’s budget speech will outline the plans of the department and amongst others the integration of other race groups in future housing projects.
