MEC De Lille and MEC Van Rensburg visit community projects on Villiersdorp farms

Patricia de Lille, the MEC for Social Development will join Gerrit van Rensburg, her Agriculture counterpart, on a visit to community projects on the Theewaterskloof and Boskloof farms, in the Villiersdorp area.

The Western Cape Department of Agriculture is supporting community projects on these two farms, owned by Colors Fruit exporters, to the value of R200 000 for the 2010/11 financial year.

Ministers De Lille and Van Rensburg will inspect a variety of public/private partnerships projects that provide positive interventions in the lives of the farm worker communities.

All members of the media are invited to attend. The media liaison officers will also have place in their cars.
