Home Affairs Minister Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will on Monday, 24 January 2011 hold discussions with the UN Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants Jorge Bustamante who is on an official visit to South Africa from Sunday, 23 January to Tuesday, 1 February 2011.
