28 Oct 2010

The President of the Republic of South Africa Jacob Zuma has on behalf of the people of South Africa send condolences to President Christine Fernandez of Republic of Argentina on the occasion of the death of former President of Argentina Nestor Kirchner.

South Africa will still forge ahead to strengthen and consolidate both diplomatic and bilateral relations with the Republic of Argentina as both countries are part of the developing world.

“The government and the people of South Africa are saddened by the sudden passing away of former President Nestor Kirchner whom we have enjoyed both political and diplomatic relations and the strengthening of economic and multilateral cooperation within the context of South to South relations,” he concluded.
