Operation Hlasela: Kroonstad media invite

14 Sep 2010

You are invited to the launch of the Marabastad housing project in Kroonstad on Thursday, 16 September 2010. President Jacob Zuma is expected to accompany Premier Ace Magashule to officially hand over some of the completed houses and open the Unicore factory (manufacturer of medical supplies) which has relocated from Johannesburg to Kroonstad. The events of the day will unfold as follows:

16 September 2010

06h00 to 08h00: Morning live broadcast at Marabastad Housing project
08h00 to 10h00: Media breakfast at Marabastad Housing project

Thereafter visit to projects in Kroonstad

13h00: Mass meeting (President and Premier to address the community) at Seisoville Stadium
19h00: Gala dinner at Allan Rautenbach Municipality Hall

17 September 2010: Visit to farms in the Viljoenskroon area
18 September 2010: Premier’s golf in Parys

More information on this event will follow. However it is important that you send your name, ID no and name of your media house for accreditation purpose no later than Wednesday, 15 September 2010.

Transport will be arranged for the community media to Kroonstad.
