Premier Modiselle to lift Section 139 (b) at NDMM
6 Aug 2010 North West Premier Maureen Modiselle will today, 6 August 2010 address a media briefing where she will announce the lifting of Section 139 (b) at the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality (NDMM) which expired on 2 August 2010. The media briefing will be held as follows:
