Free State Provincial Government to celebrate Mandela Day in Matlwangtlwang, Steynsrus
14 Jul 2010 The Free State Provincial Government will be in Matlwangtlwang, Steynsrus to celebrate Mandela Day on Sunday, 18 July 2010 as part of Operation Hlasela. The Mandela celebration will first kick-off on Saturday with the hosting of the Mandela Lecture and Operation Hlasela Fund dinner in Kroonstad to raise funds towards the ground breaking service delivery programme, Operation Hlasela.
