Minister Xingwana to hand over books to Olievenhoutbosch Library

The Minister of Arts and Culture, Ms Lulu Xingwana invites members of the media to join her when she hands over books to Olievenhoutbosch Library.

The handover is part of the Nelson Mandela Day Campaign. Significantly, it is line with department’s vision of promoting a culture of reading.
