Joint media briefing by the Minister of Science and Technology and Chief Executive Officer of Anglo Platinum

The Minister of Science and Technology, Naledi Pandor, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Anglo Platinum Group, Neville Nicolou, invite media to a breakfast meeting to announce the establishment of fuel-cell marketing, distribution and manufacturing entity – NewCo.

The Department of Science and Technology has partnered with Anglo Platinum and Altergy Systems Corporation (Altergy), an American fuel-cell technology company, to establish a new company in South Africa that will initially market and distribute products and ultimately manufacture fuel cells for the sub-Saharan market.
