• Madagascar: Working visit, 13 Mar
  The Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Mr Marius Fransman, traveled to Madagascar to hand over humanitarian aid to Madagascar in response to the devastation caused by the recent cyclone Giovanna and tropical storm Irina.

• Geneva, Switzerland: 19th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), 27 Feb to 2 Mar
