  • Received approval by the University of Pretoria to be admitted to the University for MA on the basis of recognition of prior learning (2003).
  • Obtained a Masters degree (Cum Laude) in Public Administration from the University of Pretoria. Thesis Topic: Public Service Reform in South Africa: an overview of selected case studies from 1994-2004, Supervised by Prof. Jerry Kuye (2006).
