Imbizo Focus Week

26 to 31 October 2006

The tenth national Imbizo Focus Week will take place from 26 to 31 October 2006 (programme [PDF]). Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Premiers and Members of Executive Councils (MECs) will participate in events across the country as part of government's initiatives towards integrated governance for effective service delivery.

These visits are aimed at assessing progress made in service delivery as well as to assist municipalities in finding and implementing ways for accelerating delivery as part of a national effort for faster and shared growth.
