Youth Development Month

June 2008

June is Youth Development Month. During this time the National Youth Commission (NYC) co-ordinates a national programme to commemorate the Soweto Uprisings of 16 June 1976. It also leads initiatives to celebrate the milestones and opportunities presented by the democratic order.
