Annual CPSI Sector Innovation Awards

The time is now for Government departments, state agencies and their
partners to enter their innovative service delivery projects for the CPSI Awards.

The aim of the annual CPSI Public Sector Innovation Awards is to:

  • Recognise and reward innovative projects and programmes that are improving service delivery in public service
  • Promote and encourage innovative thinking in the public sector
  • Enhance the principles of Batho Pele
  • Reward projects that improve the quality of life for South Africans

The categories are:

  • Public Sector innovator of the year (team or individual)
  • Innovative partnerships in service delivery
  • Innovative use of information communication technology for effective service delivery
  • Innovative service delivery institutions (hospitals, schools, clinics, etc)
  • Innovative enhancements of internal systems within government
  • Innovative service delivery projects involving the South African government in partnership with other African governments
