Africa Public Service Day Celebrations

Ministry for Public service and Administration

The Minister of Public Service and Administration, Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi, invites all Public Servants and their families to take part in the Africa Public Service Day Celebrations:

Date: Saturday 21 June 2003
Time: 08h00 - 18h00
Venue: SAPS College, Rebecca street, Pretoria West

The focus of this year's celebrations will be on a Fun Day for all government officials, together with their families.

Activities during the day includes:

  • Sporting events such as soccer, volleyball and more
  • Parachute show jumping by the Special Task Force
  • Performance by departmental choirs
  • Live entertainment
  • Clowns, face painting and jumping castles for the kids
  • Exhibitions by departments, provinces and the private sector in partnership with government
  • Food stalls and community exhibitions

We look forward to seeing you there- please bring along the family to enjoy this special day with us.
