Purpose of Session

The purpose of these sessions is to provide a platform or forum where detailed presentations will be delivered regarding the nature and status of e-Government related projects and initiatives.

Objectives & Benefits

  • To raise general awareness. Participants will get an opportunity to know what e-government is and who is doing what about it.
  • An excellent networking opportunity. Ultimately people will be afforded a chance to attach faces to voices which they interact with in the process of projects implementation. We are increasingly witnessing new initiatives and collaborative partnerships evolving from these sessions.
  • Participants will be awarded an opportunity to interact with by leaders in similar or related projects such that lessons learned will inform best practice and the eradication of mistakes
  • Areas of duplication will be better identified and dealt with in a coherent fashion.
  • The forum will go a long way towards shaping the direction of the future of e-government in the country. It will serve as a benchmark to ensure progress and delivery of the e-government vision.
