Conference on Birth Defects and Disabilities in the Developing World

6 - 10 August 2001

The National Department of Health is hosting the first conference on Genetic Birth Defects and Disabilities in the Developing World from 6 - 10 August 2001 in Johannesburg to address a health problem which has remained undetermined for years, and which impacts substantially on society.
