2005 Programme & report on implementation

The report sets out the priorities and programmes arising from the January 2005 Cabinet Lekgotla and the President's State of the Nation Address on 11 February 2005.

The report was updated throughout the year in accordance with the two-monthly cycle of Monitoring and Evaluation, after reports on progress had been submitted by Clusters to Cabinet. The report below is the final report for the Programme of Action for 2005 and the information refers to the situation as at 31 January 2006 unless otherwise specified.
