2004 Programme & report on implementation

The report sets out the priorities and programmes arising from the May 2004 Cabinet Lekgotla and the President's State of the Nation Address on 21 May 2004.

The report was updated throughout the year in accordance with the two-monthly cycle of Monitoring and Evaluation, after reports on progress had been submitted by Clusters to Cabinet. The report belos is the final report for the Programme of Action for 2004.
